Terms of Service

Human Intelligence is operated by C1X Adtech Pvt Ltd ("C1X", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, including fabricated experience or credentials;
• scrape, harvest, or copy platform data except as expressly allowed;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or circumvent security or rate limits;
• harass, discriminate against, or send unsolicited bulk messages to other users; or
• use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

The platform serves different roles. Each carries specific obligations.

• Candidates must provide truthful profile, resume, and assessment information and keep it current.
• Hirers must post lawful, non-discriminatory roles, represent opportunities accurately, and use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes.
• Vendors must have the right to represent the candidates they submit and must comply with applicable staffing and labor laws.
• Institutions must have appropriate authorization to share student or member data on the platform.

The platform is a tool that connects candidates with hirers, vendors, and institutions. We do not employ candidates, do not guarantee any interview, offer, placement, or outcome, and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform. Hiring decisions and employment terms are solely between the parties involved.

Some features are offered on a paid basis. Where fees apply, including any C1X commission tied to a successful placement, the amount and terms will be set out in a separate order, agreement, or pricing page applicable to your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of paid features.

The platform, including its software, design, and content provided by C1X, is owned by C1X or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform under these terms. You retain rights in the content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and process that content to operate the platform.

The platform may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C1X and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold C1X and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
